Background & History
Beth Ami Congregation serves the Jewish community with opportunities for spiritual enrichment through worship, study, and social/communal activities. Our membership includes residents from Wellington south to Pompano Beach, and from Boca Raton west to Tamarac. Beth Ami encourages active participation by it's members in our spiritual Shabbat, Holy Day and Festival services.
Beth Ami Congregation was founded in 1985. Our Award-Winning, ramp-accessible Bimah was the first of it's kind in Palm Beach County, enabling all to ascend the Bimah. Our social hall, Zelizer Hall, was named for Rabbi Nathan Zelizer, our founding Rabbi.
We invite you to explore our many, varied activities, and we look forward to welcoming you into our Beth Ami Family. This is our "home on 4th Avenue", and it can be yours too.
Please consider joining us. We'd love to have you with us.
